Purewell The World's First Embedded Visual Water Level Gravity Water Filter System 1.5 Gallons

It appears the system won't accept a survey rating = 1, 2, 3 or 4. Now trying 5. Please know that is not MY rating.

I should have done more research before purchasing the 1.5 gallon unit. The written directions for priming the filters are POOR.

I contacted customer service for assistance. I received a response that I considered incomplete. I asked for further clarification, and am waiting for a response. In the meantime I received the request for a product review.

There should be a way to prime the filters WITHOUT a faucet and running water. Depending on the faucet, be prepared for water to spray from the sides vs. running through the filter.

I like the construction and sale price, has all features I wanted ( sight glass, stand, stainless spigot) without additional purchase but I have been unable to locate replacements for the 6 stage filters which came with it on your website.

I wish you could keep the top part filled with water while the bottom was as also filled. But once the bottom is full or almost full, if you add water to the top it leaks out of the middle So you have to be careful and wait until bottom is half full and the only fill top wth a 1/2 to 1 gallon of water for it not to leak. I think that is a poor design and am disappointed. I do like the looks of it and I do like to be able to easily see the water level. The filtered water does taste much better than the tap, I just wish I didn't have to be so careful with it I would not buy again.

Suppose to be able filter 6,000 gallons out of filters. I got 25 and they clogged and still yet to receive replacement or customers service responses. As they said they are on back order, dissatisfied, disappointed and a waste of money!

I love it, I have not problem adding water because of the veiw window. And I like the filters that take the floride out. I recommend this to anyone looking for a gravity water system for their counter.
