    I love this thing!

    this is my second, I bought one for my studio and just bought a second for my son in his apartment. We fill it with the hose, and it is nice to have such a big volume of water at the ready. a simple, elegant solution.

    The water filter was delivered to the wrong address and your customer service has not been able to fix the problem. I will not be recommending or purchasing from you in the future unless this problem is fixed
