My filters are NOT functioning & are not the same as the filters that came with my original purchase. The water “emptying System” at the bottom portion DO NOT drain ANY water into the bottom holding tank. I have tried to reach out to you MANY TIMES with NO RESPONSE to help me figure this out. Even requesting clarification as to just which filters I order.

I like the Purwell system overall, but the filters don't last anywhere near the 6000 gallon claim. I'm changing the filters about every 21/2 months and there is no way my family is consuming 6000 gallons of water in that time.
With all this being said, I will continue to use the system because it is much easier than buying bottled water by the gallon. I was buying about 75 gallons of water for drinking and cooking every month, so it is much easier to have a system that quickly filters water and stores a certain amount of water for use. The biggest thing this system got rid of, was the need to store 75-90 gallons of water somewhere in the house.

Been using this system for about a year. Water tastes great. You can smell the chlorine at the top when you fill it but never in the glass

Since these are replacements, I'm waiting to use up my first set. I am very impressed and thankful to have dealt with you.

I was looking for a stainless steel water filter to replace some plastic ones because it is healthier. Water filters quickly, last a long time & taste great!
