Return Validity
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return with reasonable cause.
Purewell will refuse the return, if buyer don't like it or made any mistakes with size, color or any other mistakes caused by buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, didn't fill chambers with water, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, or Purewell has the right to refuse a return & refund. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: If Purewell agreed the return, buyer should pay express fee for returning.
Return Process
To apply for a return, please write us an email at service@purewell.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not send an item back before communicating with us or send it back to the primary address.
Please notify Purewell of your return tracking number.
Purewell won’t charge any return fees or handling fees throughout the whole return process. You can always contact us for any return questions at service@purewell.com.
Unhappy Using Experience
If the filters you received are not workable, Purewell will send you one new pair of filters as an alternative.
If you're still not satisfied with them and would like to return or refund your order, please reach out to service@purewell.com to discuss how to deal with it.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (including customized items) please contact our customer care email at service@purewell.com for further instructions.
Note: any faulty items can be returned.
Refund
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return item (s), if completed your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment account. Please remember it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It usually takes 3-7 working days to process.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exceptions/ non-returnable items
Used water filters, products, or packages with any damages. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
