How It Works

How Gravity Filtration Works

Water flows from the upper chamber through the filter elements by gravity, then collects in the lower chamber and is ready to dispense.

1. Add Water

Pour water into the upper chamber. No electricity or plumbing is required.

2. Gravity Pulls Water Down

Water naturally moves through the filter elements by gravity.

3. Filtered Water Collects Below

Filtered water collects in the lower chamber and is ready to pour from the spigot.

Arrived in perfect condition

The stainless had no dents and the window was flawless, everything was protected properly in the box. It looks like the product photos, which is not always the case. Understanding that it works purely on gravity made it even easier to set up. Very happy from the moment I opened it.

Great for our small office

We put it in the break room and it serves the whole floor. We went with the composite element for the office and nobody has to fiddle with anything, you just look at the window and press the tap. It has cut down on the plastic bottle deliveries noticeably.

The different filter cartridges are genuinely useful

I bought it for drinking water and added the ceramic element for the water I use for coffee. Having the choice of elements for different needs is the feature I did not know I wanted. The system handles both without any fuss.

Solid, well made product

The build quality is obvious from the moment you unpack it. 2.25 gallons is a generous size without being something you struggle to lift, and the window is clear enough to read the level without straining. It does not flex or wobble on the counter, it feels like a proper appliance.

We have replaced our pitcher filters with this

We used to run three different pitcher filters on the counter and they took up half the space. Now we have one gravity fed unit that does the same job better. Being able to choose the filter element for different water types has made it the only one we use.

Works exactly as described

No surprises, which I value. It filters exactly as advertised with nothing more than gravity doing the work, the window shows the level accurately, and the stainless has not marked at all despite daily use. What arrived matched the description exactly.

Travelled with it and it survived

Took it on a two week trip with air travel. It packed into a checked bag without any issues and there were no leaks. With no power and no plumbing it filtered tap water wherever we stopped, which was so much easier than buying bottles every day.

Great value for a stainless unit

I compared this with much more expensive options and for what you get, 2.25 gallons of 304 stainless with a viewing window at this price is hard to beat. Being able to pick different filter elements later means it is not a one and done purchase either. Shipping was quick.

My kids love watching the water filter through the window

It has become a bit of a household attraction honestly. They watch the water drain through and it makes the whole filtering process visible instead of magic. They remind me to refill it before I even notice it is low.

L

Excellent for our RV

We travel in an RV and space and weight matter. At 2.25 gallons it is compact but lasts a couple of days, it needs no hookup, and being able to see the level means we do not have to guess when to refill while driving. Very practical for life on the road.

Filters last about two months for us

We are a family of four drinking from it daily and each composite element lasts roughly two months before we swap it. Being able to order replacements by element type means we always have the right one. The system itself shows no signs of wear.

The window is genuinely the best feature

I did not think a clear window would make such a difference but it is the thing I notice most. Seeing the water go down as you pour is oddly satisfying and it takes all the guesswork out of it. No more tilting the tank to check.

Bought a second one for the garage

Liked the first one enough that I ordered another for the garage so the kids can wash up after projects without tracking water through the house. Same window, same easy setup. Two working perfectly now.

An essential part of our emergency kit

We keep it filled and ready in the hall cupboard for outages. It needs no power and no plumbing so it works the moment the water comes back on, and testing it during a storm gave us real peace of mind. The stainless will not get damaged in a damp cupboard either.

S
S.
The tap is smooth and easy to operate

One of those details that matters more than you would expect. The spigot opens smoothly and shuts cleanly with no dripping afterwards. Gravity does the work so there is nothing to fiddle with, and the 2.25 gallon tank lasts several days between refills. This one just works.

Y
Y.
We use it every single day

It has become part of the routine, we filter water in the morning for coffee and for drinking through the day. We chose the carbon element because we prefer the taste and the window means we are never constantly checking how much is left. Very pleased.

J
J.
Perfect size for our kitchen counter

It is not so big that it takes over the counter and not so small that you are refilling it constantly. We have a fairly small kitchen and this fits the space without crowding anything else. The stainless finish matches our appliances.

C

Bought it as a gift and it was an instant hit

Gave this to my sister for her new apartment. She texts me about it constantly now, which is the best review I could ask for. The window is the part she mentions most, she says it is much easier to use than her old pitcher.

T
T.
Noticeably cleaner taste in the kitchen

My family noticed the difference within a couple of days. The water has no chlorine aftertaste and the faint plastic flavour from our old filter is completely gone. It is a small thing but it makes the kitchen water genuinely pleasant to drink.

Set up in under five minutes with no tools

I expected to need a wrench or some assembly. It came ready to use, I just had to rinse the element before the first fill. Choosing the right filter element was the only decision I had to make and the guide made it obvious. Filtering within five minutes of opening the box.
