We offer a 30-day return window. This means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item, provided that the item meets the eligibility requirements in this Policy.

To start a return, you must contact us before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must generally be:

Purchased directly from Purewell.com.
Returned within the applicable return window.
Unused, uninstalled, unfilled with water, and in the same condition as received.
Returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, components, and proof of purchase.
Free from damage, stains, odors, contamination, scratches, dents, missing parts, or signs of improper use.

Purewell reserves the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund if the returned product does not meet these conditions, subject to applicable law.

3. Drinking Water Hygiene Policy

Because Purewell products are used for drinking water filtration, hygiene and product safety are important. Products that have been filled with water, installed, activated, primed, connected, used, or otherwise exposed to drinking water may not be eligible for resale or standard return processing.

For hygiene reasons, used water-contact components, opened consumable filters, and products that show signs of use may be non-returnable unless the return is related to a verified defect, damage, or incorrect item caused by Purewell.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund unless required by law or unless the issue is caused by Purewell:

Used, installed, filled, activated, or water-exposed products.
Opened, used, activated, primed, expired, or contaminated replacement filters.
RO membranes, filter cartridges, carbon filters, gravity filter elements, outdoor filter elements, and other consumable filtration components once opened or used.
Products missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, or required components.
Products damaged by misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or incompatible accessories.
Gift cards, digital products, final sale items, clearance items, or customized products where applicable.

5. Replacement Filters and Consumable Products

Replacement filters are consumable products. This includes gravity filters, RO filters, RO membranes, carbon filters, outdoor filter elements, bottle filters, straw filters, pump filters, and similar filtration components.

For safety and hygiene reasons, replacement filters may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, unprimed, uninstalled, and in original packaging, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Gravity Water Filter Systems

For countertop gravity water filter systems, all chambers, lids, spigots, stands, water level windows, filters, washers, seals, and accessories must be returned complete and in original condition.

Gravity systems that have been assembled, filled with water, used for filtration, contaminated, dented, scratched beyond normal inspection, or returned with missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.

7. Countertop Reverse Osmosis Systems

Countertop RO systems must be returned with all tanks, pitchers, filters, membranes, power adapters, accessories, tubing, manuals, and packaging included, where applicable.

RO systems that have been installed, flushed, filled, activated, connected to power, connected to water, or used may be subject to inspection and may not qualify for a standard return due to hygiene, performance, and resale limitations.

8. Outdoor Water Purifiers

Outdoor water purifiers, filter pumps, water filter bottles, water filter straws, soft flasks with filters, and similar products must be returned unused, clean, dry, and complete with all original components.

Outdoor filtration products exposed to natural water sources, dirt, sand, mud, chemicals, biological material, or other outdoor contaminants may be non-returnable unless the issue is verified as a Purewell-caused defect, damage, or incorrect shipment.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us process the claim, please provide your order number, photos or videos of the product, photos of the packaging, shipping label, and a description of the issue. If the issue is caused by Purewell or our fulfillment process, you will not be required to pay return shipping for that issue.

10. Missing Items

If your order is missing a product, accessory, filter, manual, or required component, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package contents. We will review the issue and may send the missing item, provide a replacement, or offer another appropriate solution.

11. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by customer preference, ordering error, change of mind, incorrect product selection, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the carrier or shipping service selected.

If the return is caused by Purewell, such as an incorrect item, damaged item, verified defect, or fulfillment error, Purewell will cover the return shipping cost or provide another suitable solution in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

12. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please use our Returns & Exchanges Portal, available on our website and in your customer account.

Simply enter your Order Number and the Email Address used for your purchase. If your order is eligible, you can submit your request online.

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return label and return instructions. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement order, as applicable.

13. Return Address

Return addresses may vary depending on product type, order location, warehouse availability, and the reason for return. Please do not use any address published on the website or package unless we specifically provide that address for your return authorization.

Items sent to the wrong address, sent without authorization, or sent without tracking may be delayed, refused, or ineligible for refund.

14. Tracking Number Requirement

Once you ship a return, please provide the tracking number to Purewell promptly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment. Purewell is not responsible for returns lost in transit when the customer arranges return shipping.

15. Inspection and Refund Approval

After we receive your return, we will inspect the product to confirm condition, completeness, eligibility, and compliance with this Policy. We will notify you whether the refund is approved, partially approved, denied, or requires further review.

If the returned product is used, damaged, missing parts, missing packaging, contaminated, or not in eligible condition, we may reduce the refund, refuse the return, or return the item to you, subject to applicable law.

16. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval. Your bank, credit card issuer, payment provider, or payment network may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, payment provider fees, and other third-party charges may not be refundable unless required by law or caused by Purewell’s error.

17. Exchanges

Where available, we may offer exchanges for eligible items. The fastest way to receive a different product may be to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Exchanges are subject to product availability, condition requirements, shipping limitations, and applicable law.

18. Promotions, Bundles and Gifts

Orders purchased with discounts, coupon codes, bundles, gifts, free items, or promotional offers may be refunded based on the amount actually paid after discounts. If a bundle or promotional set is returned partially, the value of any retained items, gifts, or discounts may be deducted from the refund.

Dissatisfaction based solely on taste preference, flow rate expectations, local water conditions, or misunderstanding of filtration technology may not qualify as a defect unless verified through product evaluation or required by applicable law.

How to Set Up Your Countertop Gravity Water Filter System

Follow these simple steps to assemble the system, install the core filters, flush before first use, and prepare it for daily use.

Prepare and Clean the Parts

Before assembly, check the main parts and clean the system components.

Wash Your Hands Handle the system with clean hands before setup.

Check Included Parts Make sure the chambers, lid, spigot, stand, and core filters are ready.

Clean Before Assembly Rinse the chambers and accessories before first use.

Note: Use cold or room-temperature water only. Do not use hot water.

Assemble the Lid Knob

Attach the lid knob to the lid and secure it with the included hardware.

Place the Lid Knob Insert the lid knob into the center hole of the lid.

Add Washer and Gasket Place the washer and gasket in the correct position.

Tighten the Screw Fasten the knob until it feels stable.

Tip: Do not overtighten. The lid knob should feel secure but not forced.

Install the Basic Spigot

Install the basic spigot into the lower chamber before stacking the system.

Insert the Spigot Place the spigot through the lower chamber hole with the gasket and washer.

Add the Inside Parts Place the remaining washer and gasket from the inside of the chamber.

Tighten the Hex Nut Use the wrench to secure the spigot vertically.

Before filling: Make sure the spigot is closed to help prevent leaking.

Install the Core Filters

Use the required number of core filters for your system model.

Insert the Core Filters Place the core filters through the holes in the upper chamber.

Secure the Filters Use the filter washer and wing nut to hold each core filter in place.

Check Stability Make sure each core filter is firmly installed before adding water.

Note: This guide uses “core filters” only. Filter type and quantity may vary by system option.

Stack the Chambers and Stand

Set the system together in the correct order before flushing.

Attach the Anti-slip Mat Place the anti-slip mat on the bottom of the lower chamber.

Place the Lower Chamber on the Stand Set the lower chamber securely on the stand.

Add the Upper Chamber and Lid Place the upper chamber into the lower chamber, then cover it with the lid.

Stability check: Make sure the system sits flat and stable before filling water.

Flush Before First Use

Flush the system before drinking water from it for the first time.

Fill the Upper Chamber Add water and let it move through the core filters.

Discard the First Batch Pour out the first filtered water from the lower chamber.

Repeat 2–3 Times After flushing, the system is ready for regular use.

Tip: Fill the upper chamber as much as possible at the beginning to support gravity-fed filtration.

Water is added to the upper chamber and flows downward through the filter elements by gravity. After passing through the filters, the filtered water collects in the lower chamber and is ready to dispense.

Pour water into the top chamber. The system works without electricity, plumbing, or complicated setup.

Get extra filters

I drink a lot of water. Living temporarily in a 5th wheel while home is being built, on new well water with lots of mineral build up. I like the concept and having clean water but I'm already on my second set of filters. Disappointing since they aren't cheap.

Easy and Tasty

We have been using it for a bit now. Did have leakage in the beginning but that was user error. We were filling the top tank too quickly, as water is fast filtered and there was no where for it to go in when the bottom was full. Problem solved. Water tastes and looks great. Can definitely tell the difference. Tanks are sturdy and easy to put together.

It is not fast.

So far so good. We run water the a RO first. Then into the purewell. 4 stars because I wish it was a little faster through the purewell the most I have been able to make is a gallon and a half a day. But it is the best tasting water I have had since I was a kid. After drinking from PW for a week, then drinking a commercially made bottle the difference was unbelievable. Purewell 100% bottle water 1% in taste.

Takes fluoride and and many other toxin out of your water.

I love the quality of this water purifier. The only thing is you have to be careful not to over fill it bc then it will leak. I use it to fill used tonic water bottles to store clean water in my basement in case we have a shortage.

j'ai pris 4 filtres mais vous pouvez utiliser 2 c��est largement suffisants,c'est juste une histoire de d��bit.
je le conseille pour celles et ceux qui ne veulent plus des eaux de bouteilles et leurs scandales sanitaires et qui cherche quelque chose de plus durable,en plus l��objet est beau et attire la curiosit�� des invites.

M��fiez-vous des imitations. Je l'avais command�� plusieurs reprises avant de trouver celui-l��. Il n'y a pas de doute, il est beaucoup mieux que le mod��le avec la jauge de niveau ext��rieure au-dessus du robinet. Il ne fuit pas et le robinet reste bien en place. Les cuves sont mieux ajust��es.
La filtration fait son effet l'eau est parfaitement limpide sa saveur est neutre.
Conserv��e au r��frig��rateur elle est tr��s d��salt��rante, c'est un plaisir �� chaque gorg��e.
Bye bye les bouteilles de plastique !

Excellent water filter system

This is our first time having a gravity water filter system. This one is excellent and we love it! All the pieces in the box at first seem confusing. After washing everything, it all went together nicely. Not too complicated to assemble. This fit perfectly underneath my cabinets on the counter. At first it drips water slowly and I thought this is going to take forever. But once the filters became full of the water, it dripped quite quickly. Took a half hour or so to fill. I filled four 5 gallon water jugs within in a day. Our faucet water definitely has a chlorine smell, but once the water was ran through this filter system, it had no chlorine smell whatsoever. The water smelled and tasted perfect. Works absolutely amazing. I got tired of lugging the 5 gallon jugs to the store to refill. Now I can fill the jugs from home using this filter system. In the long run, I save time and money.
This gravity water filter system is very well made and high quality. HIGHLY recommended!!!

Filtration qui semble vraiment efficace, installation un peu laborieuse

J'ai opt�� pour le syst��me �� 4 filtres (2 colonnes moyennes charbon + 2 fluor/arsenic) + jauge en verre �� 240�.

Globalement tr��s satisfait du produit, malgr�� une installation un peu laborieuse. La notice n'est pas forc��ment tr��s claire pour quelqu'un qui n'a pas l'habitude de ce type de syst��me��
- L'ensemble arrive tr��s complet, avec plus de pi��ces qu'il n'en faut : 2 bouchons pour la cuve (si on installe une seule cartouche de filtre, on utilise donc un seul bouchon pour le trou restant), 2 joints en mousse pour l'amor?age (un seul joint est n��cessaire, "en vrai", puisqu'on amorce filtre apr��s filtre), un robinet en m��tal (avec 2 joints en silicone, int��rieur/ext��rieur) et 1 robinet en plastique et ses joints (mais pourquoi l'utiliser, plut?t que celui en m��tal ? ).
- Bien suivre les notices d'amor?age pour le filtre �� charbon et le filtre fluor/arsenic (un gros nuage noir de poussi��re de charbon sort avec l'eau de ce dernier). Pour r��sumer, on colle la sortie du filtre �� un robinet d'eau courante avec un des deux joints en mousse fournis pour faire tampon et on ouvre l'eau jusqu'�� ce que la cartouche soit remplie et "transpire" de l'eau. Mettre en place la/les cartouches dans le syst��me et faire 1 ou 2 cycles complets de filtrage avant de consommer.
- J'avais mal compris l'amor?age des filtre �� charbon, l'��coulement ��tait donc tr��s long. Apr��s avoir repris la manipulation �� z��ro, le d��bit s'est av��r�� bien plus correct !
- Apr��s 2 cycles de s��curit��, l'eau filtr��e est inodore et sans aucun arri��re-go?t. Je laisse une seule colonne de filtre charbon + filtre fluor, le d��bit est suffisant pour les besoins quotidiens de 3 personnes. Fini le plastique de l'eau en bouteilles !

Ce qui m'a fait choisir cette marque plut?t qu'une autre : la jauge en verre de la cuve, les indications pr��cises de composition des filtres avec l'indication des normes et la finesse de filtration exprim��e en chiffres sur leur site web. Ce sont les seuls �� tre �� la fois aussi pr��cis et �� d��velopper des produits originaux (filtres charbon plus courts avec un syst��me de filtration additionnel �� l'int��rieur du tube creux) sur une base commune aux marques plus connues (Berkley, Doulton, etc).

A savoir : la marque se pr��sente comme anglaise, mais les filtres de remplacement (j'en ai pris d'avance) sont distribu��s depuis l'Allemagne et fabriqu��s en chine. Dommage, car j'aurais pr��f��r�� un produit int��gralement Europ��en conforme �� ce que la marque laisse entendre d'elle-m��me��

Retour d'exp��rience 18 mois plus tard : aucun probl��me notable. A l'occasion d'un nettoyage et remplacement de cartouche, j'ai eu la surprise de constater un d��p?t gris/beige dans le fond d'eau de la cuve sup��rieure et un fond d'eau parfaitement limpide dans la cuve inf��rieure. Preuve visuelle d'un filtrage, s'il en fallait.

nous avons command�� ce Syst��me d'ultrafiltration par Gravit�� 8 ��tapes PUREWELL, ��quip�� des quatre cartouches.

Le colis a ��t�� livr�� en bon ��tat.
2 robinets, un en plastique et un en inox.
Les cuves sont de belles qualit��s.
Le support parfait (et heureusement pr��sent)
Nous avons pu l'utiliser rapidement apr��s amor?age des filtres. L'eau est parfaite.
Nous sommes des habitu��s de ce genre de syst��me de filtration et cette marque passe haut la barre de la premi��re place.

Nous avons discut�� avec leur SAV pour diff��rentes petites questions et ils sont pr��sents rapidement, proposant imm��diatement des solutions. Cela rassure.

N��gatif :
* Il serait pratique d'avoir un syst��me pour amorcer les filtres. Une durite avec grosse seringue ou autre��
* Il faudrait mettre des modes d'emploi en fran?ais �� l'int��rieur (ou �� t��l��charger en PDF sur votre site web).
* Il faudrait avoir un tuto vid��o sur votre site, de montage, d'amor?age et d'utilisation. Ce serait un plus ��vident. Et surtout un tuto en plusieurs langues au choix.
