We only ship to following four countries:
1. United States of America - FREE
2. France - FREE
3. Netherlands - FREE
4. Germany - FREE
Shipping cost is FREE, but buyer should pay the possible custom tariff.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET DELIVERY?
Most orders are dispatched within 3-9 business days. Delivery time will vary based on your location. Most packages get delivered with another 10-15 business days (remote area always take the longer time to ship).
Important: we are not responsible for any delays which caused by expresssage. Please be cautious to place order, if you can’t bear the possible delay.
*Please be aware that due to COVID-19, the number of orders and home deliveries carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, UPS etc) are receiving have drastically increased. Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery. Thanks for your understanding.
HOW DO I TRACK THE EXACT DELIVERY STATUS?
Once your order is shipped, you will get a mail informing you of the courier company bringing your package and the AWB no. / Docket no. The package can be tracked on the courier company's web site.
Note: your order will be deliveried by multy parcels, if you purchase several items. Tracking numbers will be upated by email.
SHOULD I EXPECT DELAYS DURING THE PANDEMIC?
Please expect some delays, as we are working diligently to factor the safety of our warehouse workers as they also have to practice social distancing while handling packages. Some tracking information may be incomplete momentarily or update multiple times. We appreciate your patience during this time.
MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
