When will I get my order?
It takes 3-15 business days to ship an order (remote area always take the longer time to ship).
*Please be aware that due to COVID-19, the number of orders and home deliveries carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, UPS etc) are receiving have drastically increased. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. If you are inquiring about the status of your order, we kindly ask that you wait the full 10 days before reaching out. Thanks for your understanding.
How do I track my order?
When you place on order at purewell.com, you will receive an automatic email notification to confirm your order, and then a follow-up email with your tracking information once the order ships. If for some reason you are unable to locate the automatic email, please feel free to contact us.
Should I expect delays during the pandemic?
Please expect some delays, as we are working diligently to factor the safety of our warehouse workers as they also have to practice social distancing while handling packages. Some tracking information may be incomplete momentarily or update multiple times. We appreciate your patience during this time.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
