At Purewell, we work to deliver home and outdoor water filtration products safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping coverage, processing time, estimated delivery times, tracking, customs, duties, delayed packages, damaged packages, and other shipping-related matters.

This Policy applies to orders placed directly through www.purewell.com.

1. Shipping Coverage

Purewell currently ships to selected countries and regions where our logistics network is available. Shipping availability may vary by product type, warehouse location, carrier coverage, product size, and destination address.

At checkout, available shipping options will be displayed based on your shipping address and the items in your cart. If a shipping method is not available for your location, we may be unable to complete delivery to that address.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, product launches, promotional campaigns, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. If an item is temporarily out of stock, on pre-order, or backordered, processing and delivery time may be extended.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, customs clearance, holidays, remote addresses, product size, warehouse availability, and other factors outside our control.

Remote areas may take longer than the estimates above. Some orders may arrive within 3–15 business days depending on destination, carrier, and product availability.

4. Free Shipping

Purewell may offer free shipping to selected countries, regions, orders, products, or promotional campaigns. Free shipping availability will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Free shipping does not necessarily include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, remote-area surcharges, address correction fees, failed-delivery fees, or other charges imposed by third parties unless expressly stated at checkout.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted logistics partners and carriers to deliver orders. The carrier used for your order may depend on your location, product type, package size, warehouse, delivery speed, and carrier availability.

Carrier names and tracking details will be provided when available after your order ships.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please check with the carrier first, then contact us if further assistance is needed.

7. Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages. Larger items such as gravity water filter systems or countertop RO systems may ship separately from replacement filters, accessories, outdoor filters, or smaller components due to warehouse availability, product size, or packaging requirements.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

8. Product Size and Packaging

Purewell products vary in size and packaging requirements. Gravity water filter systems, stainless steel chambers, countertop RO systems, pitchers, pumps, and filter components may require different packaging methods to protect the product during transit.

Packaging may vary by product, warehouse, destination, or carrier requirement.

9. International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected countries and regions. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs clearance, import inspections, local carrier operations, public holidays, remote-area delivery, or other local requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country and that the delivery address is accurate and complete.

10. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Purewell and may vary by country.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import-related fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

11. Delivery Delays

While we work with carriers to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, peak seasons, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, remote delivery locations, product availability, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Purewell is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping provider, but we will do our best to assist with shipment inquiries where possible.

12. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order. Purewell is not responsible for failed delivery, returned packages, delays, additional shipping costs, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

13. Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check the shipping address, mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, building office, neighbors, local post office, or carrier delivery location.

Purewell is not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or missing after carrier-confirmed delivery. However, please contact us with your order number and tracking information, and we will review the situation and assist where possible.

14. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please keep the product, packaging materials, outer carton, shipping label, and all contents. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos or videos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the claim and may provide a replacement, replacement part, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation and applicable law.

15. Failed Delivery and Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If the package is returned and a refund is approved, original shipping charges, customs fees, import taxes, return shipping costs, and third-party fees may be deducted where permitted by law.

16. Pre-Orders, Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items

If a product is marked as pre-order, backorder, or temporarily out of stock, the estimated shipping date may be different from standard processing times. If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we may ship items separately when possible.

17. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, you may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy if you no longer want the product.

18. Product-Specific Shipping Notes

Due to size, weight, packaging requirements, and warehouse availability, larger water filtration systems such as countertop gravity water filter systems and countertop RO systems may require different shipping methods than replacement filters, outdoor water purifiers, accessories, or small parts.

Replacement filters, accessories, and smaller components may ship faster or separately from larger systems.
