Subscription Policy

Simple filter replacement, delivered on schedule.

When you choose a subscription, replacement filters will be delivered automatically based on the schedule you select. You can log in to your account anytime to view, manage, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription before your next renewal is processed.

1. Subscription Overview

Our filter subscription service is designed to help you receive replacement filters on a regular schedule, so you do not need to remember when to reorder.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring orders for eligible replacement filter products based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

2. Billing & Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew according to the frequency you select, such as every 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, or another available interval.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for each renewal order, including product charges, applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges clearly shown before billing.

If your payment method fails, your renewal order may be delayed, skipped, or canceled.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Subscription orders will be shipped to the shipping address saved in your subscription account at the time the renewal order is processed.

Please keep your shipping address up to date before your next renewal. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or outdated shipping information.

4. Managing Your Subscription

You can log in to your account anytime to view and manage your subscription.

  • View your active subscription
  • Update your shipping address
  • Update your payment method
  • Change your delivery frequency, if available
  • Skip an upcoming shipment, if available
  • Pause or cancel your subscription before the next renewal

Changes must be made before the next renewal order is processed.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime by logging in to your account and managing your subscription settings.

Cancellation will stop future renewal charges. If a renewal order has already been processed before cancellation, that order may still be charged and shipped.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel, refund, or return orders that have already been processed.

6. Skip or Pause

If available, you may skip an upcoming shipment or pause your subscription before the next renewal order is processed.

This option may be helpful if your current filter still has remaining life or if you do not need a replacement immediately.

7. Product Availability

If a subscription product is temporarily out of stock, we may delay the shipment, contact you with an alternative option, or cancel the affected renewal order.

If we are unable to fulfill a subscription order, you will not be charged for that order unless it has already been processed and shipped.

8. Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Unused and unopened replacement filters may be eligible for return within the return period stated in our policy. Used filters, opened filters, or filters that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

9. Filter Life & Replacement Timing

Filter life may vary depending on water quality, water source, usage volume, and the type of filter used.

Your selected subscription frequency is intended as a convenient replacement schedule. It does not guarantee that every filter will last for the exact same period in every household or environment.

Please follow the product instructions and replace filters when they reach their rated capacity, when water flow becomes noticeably slower, or when filtration performance changes.
