We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, pricing, features, specifications, capacities, filter details, test information, and availability accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, current, or suitable for every use case.

Product images, colors, package contents, labels, or accessories may vary slightly due to photography, device display settings, product updates, packaging changes, or regional requirements. We may update, discontinue, limit, or modify products at any time, subject to applicable law.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion, subject to applicable law. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or shipped.

We may cancel, refuse, or limit orders if information appears inaccurate, payment cannot be verified, products are unavailable, shipping restrictions apply, suspected fraud is detected, or an order appears to be placed by unauthorized resellers, dealers, or distributors.

Purewell is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, remote-area restrictions, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, return shipping costs, eligibility conditions, inspection requirements, and timelines are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. If a return is caused by customer preference, ordering error, or other customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

If the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise affected by an issue caused by Purewell or our fulfillment process, we will review the case and provide a suitable remedy in accordance with our policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

You are responsible for reading and following all instructions, warnings, capacity limits, water source requirements, filter replacement guidance, cleaning instructions, and maintenance recommendations.

Improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, use with incompatible components, use of non-Purewell filters or accessories, failure to replace filters, or use outside recommended conditions may reduce performance, damage the product, void warranty coverage, or create safety risks.

12. Water Filtration Disclaimer

Purewell water filtration products are designed to help improve drinking water quality under specified conditions. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Filtration performance may vary based on incoming water quality, contaminant levels, water temperature, filter age, maintenance, flow rate, installation, and usage conditions. Unless expressly stated in a product-specific test report or certification, no Purewell product should be assumed to remove all contaminants, microorganisms, chemicals, metals, minerals, or impurities.

If your water source is known or suspected to be unsafe, microbiologically contaminated, chemically contaminated, subject to a boil-water advisory, or affected by emergency conditions, you should follow guidance from local public health authorities and use only products appropriate for that water source and situation.

13. Gravity Water Filter Systems

Purewell countertop gravity water filter systems are designed for gravity-fed filtration and do not require electricity. Proper assembly, priming, cleaning, filter installation, water source selection, and filter replacement are essential for performance.

Water level windows, stainless steel bodies, chambers, spigots, filters, stands, and related components should be used and maintained according to instructions. Failure to properly assemble, clean, or maintain the system may affect water flow, taste, filtration performance, and product life.

14. Countertop Reverse Osmosis Systems

Countertop reverse osmosis systems may require setup, power, water tanks, filter installation, flushing, and maintenance according to the applicable manual. Performance may vary depending on incoming water quality, temperature, pressure, total dissolved solids, filter life, and maintenance.

Alkaline, remineralization, UV, or pitcher-related features, if included, should be used only as described in the product instructions. Customers are responsible for following setup, flushing, cleaning, and replacement requirements.

15. Outdoor Water Purifiers

Outdoor water purifiers, filter pumps, filter bottles, water filter straws, soft flasks with filters, and similar products are intended for specific outdoor, travel, camping, hiking, or emergency use cases described in the product documentation.

Outdoor water conditions vary significantly. Customers are responsible for evaluating the water source, following product instructions, avoiding use with unsuitable water sources, and replacing or maintaining filters as recommended.

16. Replacement Filters and Maintenance

Filter lifespan and replacement intervals are estimates based on specified testing conditions, water quality, usage frequency, and maintenance. Actual filter life may vary. Using filters beyond the recommended period or capacity may reduce filtration performance, flow rate, taste, and product reliability.

For best performance, use genuine Purewell replacement filters and compatible components. Use of unauthorized, counterfeit, modified, expired, or incompatible filters or components may affect product performance and may void warranty coverage to the extent permitted by law.

17. Certifications, Test Reports and Product Claims

Certifications, standards, test reports, performance statements, removal claims, material claims, and compliance references displayed on our website apply only to the specific product, component, model, filter, test condition, or report identified. They should not be interpreted as applying to every Purewell product unless expressly stated.

Customers should review the applicable product page, user manual, certification details, and test reports to understand the scope of any claims. Laboratory results may not reflect every real-world condition or every possible water source.

18. Warranty

Any warranty coverage is governed by the applicable warranty policy, product documentation, or warranty statement provided by Purewell. Warranty coverage may not apply to normal wear and tear, consumable filters, improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, commercial misuse, use of incompatible parts, or failure to follow instructions.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory warranty or consumer rights that apply under law.

19. Subscriptions, Accounts and Communications

By subscribing to newsletters, creating an account, joining a waitlist, claiming a discount code, participating in a referral program, or opting into communications, you agree to receive the communications described at the point of signup. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

Transactional messages related to orders, shipping, returns, account security, or service updates may still be sent where necessary.
